The property has an airy light feel and has views over Polzeath Beach from the sitting room and balcony. The beach is within walking distance. Polzeath is a popular coastal village having several shops including surf and clothes shops and lively cafes and pubs. The beach is a very popular surfing beach and is large and sandy with the added benefit of safety being watched over by lifeguards in the summer months. The famous watersports haven of Rock is only a short drive where the famous St Enodoc Golf links can be located – a wonderful location for beach and walking holidays.
