Accommodation in Polzeath Cornwall Treleven enjoys a magnificent position overlooking Steppa Point and Pentire Head with the rooms on the front of the house having a spectacular outlook. The accommodation is well arranged for family holidays with front and back gardens and a patio looking out to sea.Visitors have use of a double garage and parking for several cars, access is via a private road. The garden has a gate leading to the footpaths to Daymer Bay and Polzeath. Treleven is in need of modernisation but is in a stunning position and is priced accordingly. Treleven will not be available for letting in 2010 due to building work. PROPERTY COMPRISES: Downstairs: sitting room with patio doors onto the patio and garden, TV room, kitchen with dining room, utility room with shower, WC Upstairs: bedroom 1 double, 3 twin bedrooms, 1 single, family bathroom and WC.
