Accommodation in Roserrow Cornwall Hampden is a beautifully spacious house offering high standard luxury accommodation. The house has the benefit of two sitting rooms, six bedrooms, many en suite and an extremely well equipped kitchen including an Aga. There is a fenced garden overlooking a pond and Polzeath beach is only a 20 minute walk. Polzeath is an ideal location for coastal holidays throughout the year. The beach has a vast expanse of sand and has great surf. The beach is home to two surf schools with equipment hire, many lively cafes and restaurants . Polzeath also has retail shops and two convenience stores.

Property Comprises: Downstairs; bedroom 1 twin with en suite bath, shower and double basins, separate WC, utility room with sink, large open plan kitchen with dining and sitting area, sitting room with conservatory.
