Accommodation in Roserrow Cornwall Ridgewood is a good sized house offering spacious accommodation overlooking the golf course. development with lovely views across the golf course. The living area is on the first floor with a balcony and decking. Rodgewood has a rear garden, patio and plenty of parking. Polzeath Beach is only a 20 minute walk and has has two surf schools with equipment hire, many lively cafes and restaurants as well as retail shops and two convenience stores. An ideal location for coastal holidays. The coastal footpaths are also amazing. Property Comprises: Upstairs - open plan kitchen / living room, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with overhead shower and cloakroom.
