Accommodation in Roserrow Cornwall This dramatic unusual design is stunning and the house has been beautifully furnished with modern decor. The house stands alone overlooking the lakes on the edge of the development and has a balcony on the first floor and its own lawned garden and is just a 20 minute walk across the golf course to the wonderful surfing beach of Polzeath; there are several alternative footpaths from Roserrow, some are coastal and others inland to St Minver. The Roundhouse has a garden and patio area. Polzeath beach and surrounding areas are an ideal location for coastal holidays at all times throughout the year. There are two surf schools, several lively cafes and restaurants, retail shops and convenient stores. The coastal footpath in this area are stunning

Property Comprises: The accommodation is provided on three floors. On the top floor is the master bedroom with large double, bath and shower en suite, bedroom 2 with double bed, bedroom 3 with twin beds, bathroom. On the middle floor is an open plan living area with a balcony and deck for entertaining. On the lower floor is bedroom 4 with a double bed, TV, video and DVD and bedroom 5 with bunk beds, separate bathroom.
