There are several footpaths and polzeath is a 20 minute walk from the property. The house has a lawned garden and patio area with barbecue facilities. Polzeath is an ideal location for coastal holidays at all times throughout the year. There are two surf schools, several lively cafes and restaurants, retail shops and convenient stores. The coastal footpath in this area are stunning. Puffin House is a lovely family home with versatile accommodation.
