The kitchen is of a high quality with a dining area and separate utility with WC. Outside there is a pretty terraced garden with spectacular sea views with a seating area and barbecue on the first terrace and summerhouse on the top terrace; an area to enjoy the view in this most fabulous location.

Outside – lovely 3 tier terraced garden with one of the best views of Port Isaac.

Port Isaac is a picturesque, working fishing village which has become famous in recent years as “Port Wenn” the location for the popular ITV series "Doc Martin", and is the home of the "Fishermans Friends" the famous sea shanty singers. They can usually be heard singing on Friday evenings throughout the summer adding real atmosphere to the village. There are many beautiful walks from Port Isaac along the dramatic North Cornish coastline as well as its own beach and harbour. Port Isaac offers a number of galleries and shops for those who wish to explore the narrow streets and has many lovely cafes, restaurants, pubs and has a daily fish market. The stunning sandy, surfing beach at Polzeath is just 7 miles away and the watersports haven of Rock approximately 8 miles, where the famous St Enodoc Golf links are also located. For more extensive amenities the market town of Wadebridge is just a 20 minute drive, where you can cycle to Padstow on the Camel trail along the estuary to Rick Steins Fish and Chip shop, home of the "Seafood Restaurant".
