There is a fenced garden overlooking a pond and Polzeath beach is only a 20 minute walk. Polzeath is an ideal location for coastal holidays throughout the year. The beach has a vast expanse of sand and has great surf. The beach is home to two surf schools with equipment hire, many lively cafes and restaurants . Polzeath also has retail shops and two convenience stores.
