There is an enclosed fenced lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Polzeath beach is a 20 minute walk and you can also walk to Daymer Bay and St. Minver. Polzeath is an ideal location for costal holidays at all times throughout the year. There are two surf schools, several lively cafes and restaurants, retail shops and convenient stores. The costal footpath in this area is stunning.
