May House has a traditional style farmhouse kitchen with Aga, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.  The sitting room has an inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove.  In the hallway
is a washing machine, downstairs WC and cloakroom.

Upstairs
Bedroom 1 double, bedroom 2 double, bedroom 3 single with room for z bed, bathroom and bath with separate shower.

Outside
Lovely private garden with lawn and patio are with barbecuing facilities.

Burlawn is a lovely hamlet situated just two miles from the town of Wadebridge.  The area is considered to be one of outstanding natural beauty and has access to many footpaths including the “Saints Way” a historic footpath and the “Camel Trail”, a popular, almost level cycle route, which runs between Padstow and Bodmin alongside the River Camel and estuary, formerly the railway track.   Wadebridge is a busy town on the river Camel, which offers a fine selection of shops and amenities including a sports centre, cinema and a selection of supermarkets.  Wadebridge is equal distance from the picturesque harbour town of Padstow with all its fish restaurants and shops and the watersports haven of Rock, both popular holiday destinations.  The nearest station is Bodmin Parkway approx 15 miles as is the nearest airport at Newquay.
