The living area is on the first floor with a balcony and decking.  Rodgewood has a rear garden, patio and plenty of parking.  Polzeath Beach is only a 20 minute walk across the golf course.

Upstairs - open plan kitchen / living room, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with overhead shower and cloakroom.
