This
dramatic unusual design is quite stunning and the house has been
beautifully furnished with modern decor. The house stands alone
overlooking the lakes on the edge of the development and has a
balcony on the first floor. It is just a short walk from the
Clubhouse and leisure facilities and a 20 minute walk across the
golf course to the wonderful surfing beach of Polzeath; there
are several alternative footpaths from Roserrow, some are
coastal and others inland to St Minver. The Roundhouse also has
a garden and patio area.
Property Comprises: The accommodation is provided on three
floors. On the top floor is the master bedroom with large
double, bath and shower en suite, bedroom 2 with double bed,
bedroom 3 with twin beds, bathroom. On the middle floor is an
open plan living area with a balcony and deck for entertaining.
On the lower floor is bedroom 4 with a double bed, TV, video and
DVD and bedroom 5 with bunk beds, separate bathroom.
